GrantWindow earns from readers who subscribe for the exact dates and the alerts. That is the entire business model, and it is why no funder, no consultant and no advertiser has any say in what appears on these pages or where it ranks.
Official sources only, and every record checked
Official government and funder sources across the Commonwealth, every state and territory, local councils, foundations and universities.
Every record is vetted, linked to its origin, and re-read nightly. Nothing on this site is bought, syndicated, taken from a partner feed or taken on trust, and no entry is published without the funder's own page attached to it. Where a funder has published no closing date, this site publishes none.

Every page on this site carries the day its records were last checked, and every program gets one page here however many places publish it, filed under the jurisdiction that runs it. Confirm on the funder's own page before you apply: programs change without notice, and the funder's page is the only authority on a program.
Attribution and licence notices
Part of this catalogue is public sector information republished under an open licence, and these are the notices those licences require. Each individual record on this site also names its own source and its own licence on the page itself.

Not every Australian jurisdiction publishes grant information under an open licence. Where none has been granted, or where a licence statement could not be verified directly, the material is treated as what it is: publicly published program information, linked to its original page, reproduced no further than fair reporting of a public program requires, and carrying no licence claim. If you publish grant information and want an entry corrected, removed or attributed differently, write to admin@momentumlab.ai and it will be handled the same day.

What we can honestly tell you about timing

The third group is the largest, and it is the one an invented date would be easiest to sell. Those pages say the date is not published and link to where it will appear. Separately, 1,275 records carry a status we could not establish from the funder's page, and every one of them says "Check with the funder" where a countdown would otherwise go. We publish the doubt rather than the record without it.
Worth saying plainlyNo Australian government grant requires you to pay somebody an upfront fee to secure it. Anyone who tells you otherwise is worth a very careful look.
