Australian grants, with the deadline attached

Pricing

Reading is free. Pro watches it for you.

Every grant here has a page anybody can read, and a free account opens the exact deadline on all of them. What costs money is the part a person cannot do by hand: watching every program you might be eligible for, every night, and telling you the week something changes.

Watching 4,141 programs across 14 official sources · Last checked 27 Aug 2026

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Billed by Stripe. Cancel any time.

What each one includes

Every row is answered for every tier, including the rows where the answer is no. Anything marked in build is not something you are being asked to pay for today.

What stays free, permanently

A commitment, not an introductory rate. Most of this catalogue is public information published by Australian governments, and it stays readable.

  • Every grant in the catalogue has a real page anybody can read, with no account: what it funds, who runs it, the funding range and the month it closes.
  • A free account, which costs an email address and never a card, adds the exact closing date and the live countdown on every entry that has one.
  • It also adds the funder’s full eligibility wording, the whole catalogue to browse and search, and the closing-soon board in full.
  • The source, the licence and the date we last checked it stay visible to everybody, always. We publish government data and we attribute it.
  • One watched grant, with a reminder before it closes, stays free permanently.
  • Nothing here expires into a paywall. When the 14 day Pro trial ends the account keeps every line above, at no cost, for good.

Common questions

What do I get with no account at all?
Every grant in the catalogue has a real page anybody can read: the program's name, what it funds, who runs it, the jurisdiction, the funding range, the month it closes in, and the source and licence it came from, with a direct link to apply on the funder's own site. No account, no card, no cookie.
And what does a free account add?
The exact closing date rather than the month, a live countdown, the funder's full eligibility wording and published tests, the whole catalogue to browse and search, the closing-soon board in full, and one grant watched with a reminder before it closes. It costs an email address and a password, never a card, and it does not expire. Signing up also opens a 14 day Pro trial; when that ends the account keeps everything in this answer, permanently.
Then what am I actually paying for?
Watching, at a scale a person cannot do by hand. Unlimited grants under watch instead of one, a saved profile of what you are actually eligible for, a weekly board of everything new and everything approaching that matches it, and for advisers, one of those boards per client.
Which tier am I?
If you are one business watching for what you could apply for, Founder at A$29.99 a month. If people pay you to know this on their behalf, Advisor at A$79.99 a month, because it carries a separate profile and a separate weekly board for every client on your book. If you are not sure, start on Founder. Moving up is a click and we will credit what you have already paid.
How does annual billing work?
Founder is A$299.99 a year against A$29.99 a month, which is A$59.89 less than twelve monthly payments. Advisor is A$799.99 a year against A$79.99 a month, which is A$159.89 less. Both work out at a little under two months free. There is no other discount, no hidden setup fee and no minimum term on the monthly plans.
Some rows say "in build". What does that mean?
The weekly digest, the eligibility profiles, the new program matching and CSV export are being built now, and the table marks each one rather than showing it as a tick. Founding members are not billed for a feature before it lands.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no phone call, no retention offer and no cancellation form with six screens. Your free access to the catalogue is unaffected, because it was never conditional on paying.
Do you take a cut of a grant I win?
No. No fee, no commission, no percentage and no paid placement. You apply through the funder on the funder’s own site and we make nothing from it. The subscription is the only way this site earns anything.
