These terms apply to grantwindow.com.au, operated byMomentumLab AI Pty Ltd. Using the site means accepting them. They were last updated on 27 August 2026.

What GrantWindow is

A directory of Australian government grant programs, assembled from official published sources and given a closing date where the funder has published one. Every program page links to the funder's own page, which is always the authority.

What GrantWindow is not

We are not the funder, we do not administer any grant, and we have no influence over who receives one. We do not take applications, we do not lodge them on your behalf, and we take no fee, commission or percentage of anything you are awarded.

Nothing on this site is advice. Not legal, financial, accounting or eligibility advice. Whether you are eligible for a program is decided by the funder against their own guidelines, and those guidelines are the only thing that decides it.

Accuracy, and the limits of it

We read the official sources nightly and record what they published and when we read it. We do not invent a closing date: a program whose funder has published none says so plainly. Even so, a funder can move a deadline, close a round early or change a rule at any time, and there will be a gap between when they do and when we see it.

Confirm the date and the rules on the funder's own page before you rely on them. We cannot accept responsibility for an application that was late, ineligible or unsuccessful.

Accounts

An account is free, needs an email address and a password, and opens the exact closing dates and full detail across the catalogue. Creating one starts a 14 day GrantWindow Pro trial with no card; when it ends, the account continues free with the catalogue, every exact closing date and one watched grant.

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it. One account is for one person or one business. We may suspend an account being used to bulk-extract the catalogue in a way that degrades the site for everybody else, and we will say so and why before we do.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time, from the address on it, and we will do it within one business day.

Subscriptions and billing

GrantWindow Pro is A$29.99 per month or A$299.99 per year on the Founder tier, and A$79.99 per month or A$799.99 per year on the Advisor tier. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Paying annually saves A$59.89 and A$159.89 respectively against twelve monthly payments.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and we never see, receive or store them.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, monthly or annually, at the price you signed up at, until cancelled. If a price changes we will tell you by email before it affects you, and you can cancel instead.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time. Email us from the address on the account and we will cancel through Stripe. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling stops future payments. Your paid features run to the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that the account continues as a free account rather than being closed.

Nothing here reduces your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and if we fail to meet one you are entitled to a remedy under that law. Beyond those guarantees, refunds are not automatic for a period you chose not to use, but if something has gone wrong, write to us and a person will look at it. We would rather refund somebody who is unhappy than argue about it.

The grant data

The program information is public information published by Australian governments and reproduced under the licences listed on the sources page, most of it Creative Commons Attribution. Those licences govern what you may do with the underlying public data.

The way we have assembled, verified, enriched and presented it is ours. Please do not scrape or republish the catalogue wholesale. Quoting a program, linking to a page or exporting your own results is fine and is what the site is for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with this site or a subscription is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a grant you did not win or an application you did not lodge in time. Nothing in this paragraph limits rights that cannot be limited, including the Australian Consumer Law guarantees above.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters to a paying subscriber we will email them before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
