A one-off ad hoc grant payment of $3 million (excl GST) as a co-contribution of funds for the construction of Haven House. to accommodate young people aged 16 to 24 experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Deliver 10 apartments (9 two bedroom and 1 one bedroom) for use as youth transitional housing in the inner city of Sydney, Surry Hills to accommodate up to 19 young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
