What Community Assets Program funds

What this money is forCapital works

This $70-million grants program supports the repair, restoration or betterment of community infrastructure that was damaged by the February and June 2022 floods. The Community Assets Program (CAP), under the 2022 Community Local Infrastructure Recovery Program, is co-funded by the Australian and NSW Governments and is a firm commitment to ensuring disaster impacted communities have what they need to thrive. Under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA), regional communities have existing support to repair essential public assets like roads.

How to apply

Applications are made through

NSW Reconstruction Authority

Not through GrantWindow. We do not take applications, charge a fee or act as an intermediary, and any site that offers to apply on your behalf for a government grant is worth a very careful look. The direct link to NSW Reconstruction Authority's own page for this program is one of the two facts a trial opens, alongside the exact closing date.

Official page link
  • This round is closed. Many Australian grant programs run again, and a closed program is the reason the alert list exists: we watch this listing nightly and tell the list the day it reopens.
  • Confirm details on the official page before applying. GrantWindow records what the funder published and when we read it. We are not the funder and this page is not legal, financial or eligibility advice.
