What the program funds
This incentive supports the purchase of battery electric vehicles or fuel cell electric vehicles with additional funds available for smart base charging. Corporate and government fleets account for over half of new vehicle sales in Australia (and are a significant source of second-hand vehicles). They often drive more kilometres and have higher expenses for fuel and maintenance. When organisations electrify their fleets, they have a huge opportunity to reduce their emissions and save operating costs.

How to apply
Applications for EV Fleets Incentive are made through Department of Planning and Environment, not through GrantWindow. We do not take applications, charge a fee or act as an intermediary, and any site that offers to apply on your behalf for a government grant is worth a very careful look.
Apply for EV Fleets Incentive on the official site
Applications close in May 2023. Government grant portals are busiest on the final day and several of them close on the stroke of the deadline, so the practical advice is to submit a day early.
This round is closed. Many Australian grant programs run again, and a closed program is the reason the alert list exists: we watch this page nightly and tell the list the day it reopens.
