Offered by Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development
Not published
Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development has not published a closing date for this program, so we do not show one. We will not guess a date on a page somebody may plan a week of work around. Check the funder's own page for the current deadline, and we will pick up a date the night it appears.

What the program funds
To assess and control a localised Rusa deer population impacting coastal wetlands and littoral rainforest near Wallis Lake, using ground, aerial, and boat-based shooting across tenures. The objective of the Program is to undertake a Wallis Lake Feral Deer control program with a nil-tenure partnership between Hunter Local Land Services (Hunter LLS), NPWS and MidCoast Council (MCC) to control a localised population of Rusa deer which is impacting coastal wetlands and littoral rainforest between Smiths Lake and Old Bar on the NSW mid-north coast.

How to apply
Applications for LLS Public and Private Feral Deer Control Program 2025-2026 are made through Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, not through GrantWindow. We do not take applications, charge a fee or act as an intermediary, and any site that offers to apply on your behalf for a government grant is worth a very careful look.
This round is closed. Many Australian grant programs run again, and a closed program is the reason the alert list exists: we watch this page nightly and tell the list the day it reopens.
