What the program funds
A one-off ad hoc grant to support the development of an online resource centre for retirement village residents. Alert residents in retirement villages to legislative changes and their impacts, particularly where village finances are concerned. Assist residents and resident committees: to improve their understanding of management processes in producing village accounts and budgets; and with guidance and opportunities to resolve disputes (not legal advocacy).
