Closing date

This program accepts applications continuously and the funder publishes no closing date. Ongoing programs do get closed or paused, sometimes without notice, so we watch this one nightly and the alert list is told the day it changes.

Who can apply

NSW Health lists this program as open to the following kinds of applicant. It is a starting filter, not the full eligibility test, and the guidelines on the official page are what decide it.

  • Partnerships

What the program funds

These ad hoc grants support Collaborative Commissioning (CC) partnerships to deliver specified health services and projects in NSW. The ad hoc grants are funded through NSW Health, which is committed to the Collaborative Commissioning program that partners with Primary Health Networks, Local Health Districts and other non-government organisations to deliver health needs focussed on local priority population health needs.

What it is for

This program is categorised under the following purposes. Each one that has a page of its own links to every other Australian grant we track for the same purpose.

How to apply

Applications for System Performance Support Ad Hoc Grants are made through NSW Health, not through GrantWindow. We do not take applications, charge a fee or act as an intermediary, and any site that offers to apply on your behalf for a government grant is worth a very careful look.

This round is closed. Many Australian grant programs run again, and a closed program is the reason the alert list exists: we watch this page nightly and tell the list the day it reopens.
