What the program funds
A one-off ad hoc grant supports the University of Wollongong to conduct critical hydrogen pipeline safety research. The project aims to research, test, and develop design and risk assessment tools to mitigate third-party damage in hydrogen pipelines, along with an evaluation of odorant impacts in hydrogen-natural gas mixtures. This project aligns with the NSW Industry Policy and NSW Innovation Blueprint 2035 .
