Free account
See the exact deadline, not just the month
GrantWindow is free to read and free to join. An account turns month-precision timing into the exact closing date, a live countdown and the funder's full eligibility detail on every one of the 1,691 programs that publish a date.
What the free account gives you
- The exact closing date on every program whose funder publishes one.
- A live countdown that is computed in your browser, so it is right whenever you look.
- The funder's full eligibility wording, and the business size, turnover and trading history tests where they publish them.
- The whole catalogue, browsable and searchable, across the Commonwealth, every state and territory, and local councils.
- The closing-soon board in full, sorted by how little time is left.
- One grant watched, with a reminder 30, 14 and 7 days before it closes.
Free permanently, and that is a commitment rather than an introductory rate. There is no card in this flow, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that quietly starts billing.
14 days of everything, then free forever with the basics
Signing up opens a 14 day GrantWindow Pro trial on the spot. No card is asked for and nothing happens when it ends except that the extras below switch off. Your account, the whole catalogue, every exact deadline and your one watched grant stay exactly as they are, at no cost, permanently.
- Unlimited watchlists rather than one.
- The weekly digest of everything new and everything approaching.
- New programs in the states and purposes you follow, within 24 hours.
- CSV export of any filtered result.
If you want to keep the extras after the trial, GrantWindow Pro is A$29.99 a month for a single business and A$79.99 a month for an adviser running a book of clients. Paid annually that is A$299.99 and A$799.99, which saves about two months against paying monthly. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
What we do with your address
We send you the alerts you ask for and nothing else. It is never sold, never rented and never passed to a funder, a grant writer or any third party, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Your address and your password are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and nowhere else; the password is hashed and we could not read it if we wanted to.
The privacy page says the same thing at length. The catalogue was last checked 27 Aug 2026.
What you can read without an account
Every program has a page open to everybody, with no account and no cookie: its name, what it funds, who runs it, the jurisdiction, the funding range, the month it closes in, and the source and licence it came from, with a link straight to the funder to apply.
An account adds the exact date and the detail you need to decide whether to apply, across Commonwealth, state, territory and council grants. It costs an email address, not money.
