What the program funds

The Aboriginal Tourism Development in NT Parks and Reserves Grant Program (Grant Program) will help NT majority-owned Aboriginal businesses and organisations to develop tourism product in NT Parks and Reserves to enable Aboriginal cultural experiences and tourism product for park visitors. The program also supports the NT Parks Masterplan 2023-2053’s target: By 2032 there is a 15 per cent increase in Aboriginal owned and operated tourism businesses in parks and reserves.

How to apply

Applications for Aboriginal Tourism Development in Northern Territory Parks and Reserves Grant Program Round 2 are made through Department of Tourism and Hospitality, not through GrantWindow. We do not take applications, charge a fee or act as an intermediary, and any site that offers to apply on your behalf for a government grant is worth a very careful look.

Apply for Aboriginal Tourism Development in Northern Territory Parks and Reserves Grant Program Round 2 on the official site

Applications close in March 2027. Government grant portals are busiest on the final day and several of them close on the stroke of the deadline, so the practical advice is to submit a day early.
