What the program funds
Funding for eligible community and mobile preschools to support activities that increase inclusion and participation in early childhood education and care for children 3 years old and above from targeted equity cohorts. Additional Targeted Equity Loading (ATEL) is part of the NSW government’s commitment to increasing investment in early childhood education and care (ECEC) and ensuring all children have access to quality ECEC. This program strengthens the support available to services to meet the diverse needs of children in NSW in the two years before school.

How to apply
Applications for Additional Targeted Equity Loading 2025 (ATEL) are made through Department of Education, not through GrantWindow. We do not take applications, charge a fee or act as an intermediary, and any site that offers to apply on your behalf for a government grant is worth a very careful look.
This round is closed. Many Australian grant programs run again, and a closed program is the reason the alert list exists: we watch this page nightly and tell the list the day it reopens.
