What the program funds

This grant supports the delivery of a local context training program that helps trade-skilled migrants develop workplace knowledge, improve employment outcomes and integrate into Australian workplaces. The objective of the grant is to equip trade skills migrants with local knowledge to improve employment outcomes and workplace integration. The training program will address a range of potential workplace barriers, including: Trade and worksite communication Language, literacy, and numeracy development for the construction sector.
