What the program funds
The purpose of this grant opportunity is to select a network of providers to deliver supports and services for unpaid carers across 19 Carer Gateway service areas. Only one provider will be selected per service area, however providers may apply for, and be selected for multiple service areas. Services offered include support planning, counselling, coaching, training, peer support, tailored support packages, referrals to access planned and emergency respite, navigation assistance with mainstream services and information and advice.
