What the program funds

This program assists developers to bring new residential land to market on King Island in Tasmania. The program supports the delivery of new land to market on King Island by helping to cover the costs of development. Rebates of up to $25,000 per lot are available to developers to help cover the cost of labour, materials, freight, road infrastructure and utility connections. Rebates can be claimed for a maximum of 12 lots per developer. Approved applicants can elect to be paid in instalments to assist with their cash flow.

This round is closed. Many Australian grant programs run again, and a closed program is the reason the alert list exists: we watch this page nightly and tell the list the day it reopens.
