The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1979 (POCTAA) FY24/25 Enforcement Grant is to be used for POCTAA compliance and enforcement activity within the 2024/25 financial year. The Grant is open to application from an approved charitable organisation within the meaning of section 34B of POCTAA. Eligible costs are those that specifically relate to the delivery of legislative functions as an approved charitable organisation under POCTAA. Costs unrelated to these functions are ineligible e.g.
