What the program funds
This initiative supports Tasmanians underrepresented in the workforce to access training and pathways to employment. The program will fund eligible organisations to deliver 12 to 24-month projects that: increase participation in training that improves work-readiness, labour force participation or employment outcomes (aligned with the Outcomes Framework ) foster collaboration between community organisations, training providers, and employers.
